He is qualified as an expert in the areas of gang related activities, prison politics revolving around prison gangs, inmate communications / jargon and codes and Inmate Phone Systems, he is recognized nationally as a Corrections Expert . Sean has been the Corrections Bureaus go to guy, when it comes to conducting media interviews. He uses strategic communication to manage the Corrections Bureaus message and the public’s perception of his Department. Sean is one of the Pima County Jails Litigation Specialist pertaining to P.C.A.D.C.’s Policy and Practice in Civil & Criminal Cases.
