Todd Davis

Todd brings over 29 years in the detention and law enforcement profession, currently serving as Vice President of Moseley Architects. As director of criminal justice planning and development for the firm, he is responsible for the management and provision of consulting, planning, risk management, and operational studies. Todd holds an advanced degree in Detention, and is founder of the NC Jail Administrators Association in 1998, served as President of the association until retiring from the Sheriff’s office in 2002. In 2005, he received the Lifetime membership and achievement award from the NCJAA. Todd also services on the NIJO Jail Advisory Council (JAC), which trains detention personnel in operations and specialized programs within detention facilities. Todd was one of the first in the country to receive the Certified Jail Executive Certificate. Todd also holds the NCCE certificate from NIJO and is a certified accreditation auditor. Throughout his career, he has presented in over 30 states across the country on jail issues. Specializes in legal based operations, contract negotiations, and facility planning.
