Due to the current situation with COVID-19, many organizations have canceled training conferences for the entire year.  At NIJO, we feel very strongly that now there is an even greater need this year to continue to provide support and legal-based training for corrections professionals, which is why we have postponed JAILCON Western Regional Conference, rather than canceling. (NEW DATES: November 9-11, 2020.)

We invite vendors in the corrections/LEO industry to join NIJO in supporting corrections professionals across the country by becoming a sponsor/exhibitor at JAILCON.  By sponsoring at JAILCON you can support corrections professionals in learning more about what the law requires to run constitutionally-safe detention facilities and in getting a much needed and well-deserved reprieve from the continuing stress and strain caused not only by their jobs, but by the COVID-19 pandemic as well.

NIJO endeavors to allow JAILCON sponsors/exhibitors every opportunity to make connections with those who attend, by planning events and activities around the exhibit space.  As a sponsor/exhibitor for JAILCON you:

JAILCON Regional Conferences offer training on the hottest issues facing jails taught by the most recognized jail instructors in the country.  JAILCON is the perfect opportunity to get you in front of the right people, whether it be sheriffs, administrators, corrections and detention supervisors, line-level staff and medical personnel.

With a decrease in budgets across the country, sheriffs and jail administrators are more judicious than ever when selecting new vendors for services in their facilities. 

The National Institute for Jail Operations is the only organization dedicated to jail operations in the United States offering members legal-based guidelines, training and model policy.  It is the central resource center for sheriffs and jail administrators and has the ability to communicate effectively with its members.

Many organizations are reporting a significant decrease in jail training attendance over the past two years.  NIJO-hosted training seminars & conferences have exceeded target attendance from 2012 through 2020-to date, without exception.

There will be no refunds on space cancelled after September 1st, 2020.  If you should cancel your exhibit space, please also remember to  cancel your hotel reservation. The Talking Stick Resort has a 72-hour cancellation policy on all room reservations. No shows will be billed to the credit card on file.
